An update

I have been playing sngs the past few days because there havn't been any 36+R sat's to the million b/c the million is a 1k buy in this week. I have been doing very well at the 30's still running about a 30% roi. Here are my stats for the 30's since I have started playing them on Pokerstars:

My stats for the 20's are as follows:
241 Games played
6.98 Avg. Profit
32% ROI
1,682 Total Profit

I tried playing the 50's last week and this is how I did:
26 Games played
5.58 Avg. Profit
10% roi
145 Total Profit

So, unless I can manage at least a 20% roi at the 50.00 level it is not worth me moving up over. I have noticed a big difference in the players at this level as well. Overall they are better players and it is harder to get chips. I didn't feel like I was running bad at all and still only managed a 10% roi at this level. Because of this I think the best idea is to continue playing the 30's and continue grinding up.

After my session last night I decided to play some cash games. I watched a few PXF video's of Rizen through the week and was hoping some of them brushed off on me. I made about 200 bucks playing 100nl in a little less than 300 hands. What a luckbox I am. In the session a VERY interesting hand came up. I didn't know what to do on the turn here because I didn't know the odds of the board pairing on the river. I ended up folding b/c I didn't know the odds and would have missed anyway. I ran the numbers and I should have called! Oh well.... let's be results oriented!
